Terms of Service

Welcome to Euphinance LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Euphinance LLC (“Services”), including the 1:1 financial coaching and our web application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Services Offered

Euphinance LLC provides financial coaching services designed to assist Clients in managing personal finances, setting financial goals, and developing strategies to achieve these goals. These services include but are not limited to:

  • Budgeting assistance
  • Saving and investment strategies
  • Discussion of financial habits and principles
  • Educational Resources
  • Access to a web application that allows users to track purchases, categorize spending, and reflect on their financial habits. The web application stores data in secure user profiles within a MongoDB database. Data is accessible only to the user, and Euphinance LLC (the Coach) does not have access unless shared by the user. Users can modify or delete their data at any time.

3. Free Consultation

Clients may schedule a free 30-minute consultation to assess if coaching services are a good fit. The consultation is exploratory and does not constitute financial advice or services.

4. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

  • Payment: Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the selected product or service, as outlined at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation (Coaching Services): Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a coaching session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Additional terms regarding multi-session packages are outlined in the Euphinance LLC Refund Policy.
  • Refunds:
    • Coaching Services: Refunds are available under specific conditions, including mid-series cancellations. Details are provided in the Refund Policy.
    • Web Application: A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to purchases of the web application. Users may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the coaching provided. Euphinance LLC is not liable for any outcomes resulting from those decisions.

6. Data Storage and Usage

  • Coaching Data: Clients’ financial information, including details pertaining to net worth and spending habits, will be stored in a shared Google Doc, accessible to both the Client and Coach. This data is used exclusively for the purpose of providing tailored financial coaching services. Clients may request alternative methods for data storage if they prefer.
  • Web Application Data: The web application stores data entered by users in secure user profiles. Users can access their profiles, modify, or delete data, and manage access permissions. Euphinance LLC (the Coach) will not access this data unless the user shares it. If the user opts to share their data with Euphinance LLC, it will be retained for analysis and future improvements unless the user requests deletion.

7. Client Rights

Clients have the right to access their stored information at any time and may request modifications or deletions of their data. Euphinance LLC is committed to maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of Client information.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law. Euphinance LLC takes the security of personal information seriously and implements reasonable measures to protect it.

9. Limitation of Liability

Euphinance LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, or for any decisions made based on information provided during coaching sessions. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Euphinance LLC, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the Services. In no event shall Euphinance LLC’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the Services.

10. Amendments

Euphinance LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina. In any dispute between the parties, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

Euphinance LLC provides coaching services for educational and informational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor, financial planner, or tax professional. Our services do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. While clients will receive guidance on how financial topics can apply to their situations, they are encouraged to consider the guidance given to be used as general principles and do their own research to make their own informed financial decisions.
