Refund Policy

At Euphinance LLC, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality financial coaching services and a robust web application. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for our products and services.

1. Coaching Services (1:1)

For our 1:1 Coaching Services, the following refund policy applies:

  • Per-Session Coaching
    • All coaching sessions are charged on a per-session basis.
    • Once a session has been completed, no refunds will be provided.
    • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will allow the Client to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the paid fee for that session.
  • Series of Coaching Sessions
    • If a client purchases a series of sessions and decides to cancel mid-series, they will be charged for the sessions used at the per-session rate (not the discounted multi-session rate).
    • Any remaining balance after deducting the cost of completed sessions at the regular rate will be refunded to the Client. No refunds will be provided for partially completed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
    • All sessions in a multi-session package must be used within five (5) months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions beyond this period will expire, and no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.

2. Web Application

For the Euphinance LLC web application, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee as follows:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the web application for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction.
  • Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be processed.
  • Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

3. General Conditions

  • All refund requests will be reviewed, and we reserve the right to deny any requests that do not comply with the above conditions.
  • This refund policy applies only to the specified services and is subject to change at our discretion.
  • Refunds will not be granted in cases where the Client has violated Euphinance LLC’s policies, engaged in misuse of services, or failed to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation (“no-show”). Any exceptions to this policy will be made at Euphinance LLC’s sole discretion.
  • Any disputes regarding refunds will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in the Euphinance LLC Terms of Service.
